CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a valid card on file & a $50 NON-refundable deposit. Deposits are transferrable ONCE within the same month IF rescheduled in advance. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment, failure to do so will result in the deposit being forfeited & another one will have to be paid to book again. Cancelling the appointment in general (even if its before the 48 hours) will also result in the deposit being forfeited, I will not be holding any deposits till the person decides they are "ready," if client would like to be able to use deposit: please reschedule in advance. SAME DAY cancellations/rescheduling & NO SHOW appointments will be charged 70% of the service. There is a 10 minute grace period, anything after 10 minutes will result in your appointment getting canceled & the no show fee will apply! No shows are unacceptable and will no longer be able to book appointments. NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED! Day of the appt: -Please make sure natural lashes are clean! If there is any mascara on client's lashes, we will have to reschedule the appt. If client is not willing to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited & another one will be owed to book again.
