CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a valid card on file & a $50 non-refundable deposit. Deposits may be transferred once within the same month if your appointment is rescheduled in advance. Please try to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Appointments changed within that window will result in the deposit being forfeited, & a new deposit will be required to book again. If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely (even before the 48 hours), the deposit will also be forfeited! Deposits are not held for future dates, to keep your deposit, simply reschedule in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment (same day or the day before) will be charged 70% of the service total. There’s a 15-minute grace period — after that, the appointment will be considered a no-show & the fee will apply. No extra guests, please! Day of your appointment: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If there’s mascara or residue on the lashes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited & a new one will be required to rebook. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies & fees listed above.
